Scope

This policy applies to the AI From Zero app for iPhone and iPad and to this privacy-policy page. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the developer of AI From Zero.

Data handled by the app

AI From Zero does not collect or transmit personal data. It stores two kinds of app state locally so the experience can continue where you left off:

• Whether the welcome screen has been completed.
• The identifiers of lessons you have completed.

These values are stored in the app's preferences on your device. They are used only to show your progress and choose the next lesson. The app does not store your answers to lesson checks.

Device permissions

The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, calendars, location, health data, Bluetooth, or local network. All lessons and illustrations are included in the app.

Sharing, analytics, advertising, and tracking

We do not sell, rent, share, or use app data for advertising. AI From Zero contains no advertising networks, third-party analytics SDKs, social sign-in tools, or tracking technology. The app does not track you across apps or websites.

Retention and deletion

Locally stored progress remains on your device until the app and its data are deleted. You can remove it through iOS or iPadOS by deleting AI From Zero. Offloading the app may preserve its documents and data, so choose the delete option when you want the local app data removed.

Your device may include app preferences in a device or iCloud backup according to your Apple backup settings. We do not receive or control those backups. Because the app sends us no learning data, there is no server-side account or learning history for us to delete.

When you contact us

Contacting us is optional and happens outside the app through your chosen email service. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, device or app details, and any attachments. We use it only to respond, investigate the issue, protect the service, and maintain necessary support records.

Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or to meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your support correspondence by emailing chitokapp2026@gmail.com. We may retain information when required by law or when needed to establish or defend legal claims.

Apple services

Apple may process information related to downloading the app, App Store activity, device backups, or diagnostics under your Apple settings and Apple's own policies. These platform services are operated by Apple, not by AI From Zero. You can learn more in Apple's Privacy Policy.

This website

This page uses no cookies, JavaScript, analytics, advertising, forms, or third-party media. As with any website, the hosting and network providers may process limited request information, such as an IP address, user agent, and request time, to deliver the page securely and maintain their services. We do not use this page to identify, track, or profile visitors.

Children's privacy

The app does not knowingly collect personal data from children or anyone else. It has no accounts, social features, user-generated content, personalized advertising, or in-app data submission. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us by email, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or our practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will show when the latest version took effect. If a future app version begins collecting data, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before that collection begins, and consent will be requested when required.
