1. Scope

This policy applies to Ember Sling for iPhone and iPad. It does not govern Apple services, your device backups, your email provider, or other third-party services.

2. Information we collect

The App does not collect, transmit to us, sell, or share personal information. It has no account system, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, social login, or third-party tracking technology.

3. Information stored on your device

Ember Sling stores unlocked-level progress, best star ratings, tutorial state, and sound preference in the App’s local storage. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. The App does not implement its own cross-device gameplay sync.

Deleting the App can remove this local information. Device and cloud backups are controlled by your Apple device and account settings.

4. Full Game purchase

The optional Full Game unlock is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple through StoreKit. The App asks Apple for localized product information and checks Apple-provided entitlement status so it can unlock levels 6–30 or restore a prior purchase. We do not receive your payment card details.

Apple may process purchase, device, and account information according to Apple’s policies. You can manage purchase history and payment information through your Apple Account.

5. Network access

Gameplay content is bundled with Ember Sling. An internet connection is not needed for normal play, but it is needed to load, purchase, verify, or restore the Full Game product through the App Store.

6. Support email

If you contact us by email, you voluntarily provide your email address and message contents to your email provider and ours. We use that information only to respond, troubleshoot, and maintain necessary support records. Please do not include passwords, payment information, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

You may ask us to delete a support conversation by emailing the address below.

7. Children’s privacy

Because the App does not collect personal data or require an account, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through Ember Sling.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the App’s features or legal requirements change. The current effective date will appear at the top of this page, and material changes will be reflected here before or when they take effect.
