Information we collect
MindGuess does not collect or transmit personal information. You can use every feature without creating an account or providing a name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or other personal details.
The app does not send gameplay answers, guesses, device identifiers, diagnostics, or usage information to us or to third parties.
Information stored on your device
When you confirm a correct guess, MindGuess may save small personalization signals using Apple's on-device preferences storage. These signals help the game understand how you describe an item in future rounds.
- The information remains on your device.
- It is not linked to an account or advertising identifier.
- It is not uploaded, shared, sold, or used for advertising.
- You can remove it by deleting MindGuess from your device.
Analytics, advertising, and third parties
MindGuess does not contain advertising or analytics services and does not use third-party tracking technologies. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information because the app does not collect it.
Children's privacy
MindGuess is designed to be suitable for a broad audience, including families. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else.
Data security and retention
Gameplay is processed locally, so MindGuess does not maintain a server-side database of your answers or activity. On-device personalization remains available for future games until the app's local data is removed, such as when you delete the app.
Changes to this policy
If MindGuess's privacy practices change, this page will be updated and the revised date will appear above. Any material change will be reflected in the app's privacy disclosures as required.
